With more than fifteen years of experience, he was a software developer, consultant and manager in multinational companies in Uruguay, Mexico and Argentina. In recent years, his experience with agile processes reaffirmed his passion for wanting to collaborate so that people feel happy with what they do, with the development of their talent and that they once again believe that the best things happen working as a team. This passion led him to undertake a business to try to help companies create healthy, and therefore productive, work environments.
He is a certified Coach, MBA, Bachelor of Systems and Computer Analyst from UdelaR.
