Development and implementation of budget and income systems in teams known as MainFrames in the Government of the State of Querétaro, coordinating the programming, testing and training teams in the years 1986 to 1988.
Development and implementation of the first digital Civil Registry in Mexico, a project developed in the Municipality of Querétaro in 1990, with the use of the first versions of laser printers and the design of civil registration record formats with format and barcode , which today have been adopted in the majority of civil registries in Mexico, in addition to the development of various administrative systems for the same Municipality.
Development and implementation of systems for Grupo Modelo, various companies in the manufacturing sector.
In the field of the Government sector, he has developed and implemented administrative control systems in more than twenty Municipalities in various states of the Mexican Republic, author of the OperGOB System, the first GRP type system developed in Mexico, a system that currently operates in Municipalities of Quintana Roo, San Luis Potosí, Tamaulipas, Chihuahua, Guerrero, Hidalgo, Guanajuato and Querétaro.
For more than 35 years he has dedicated his life to technology innovation mainly for the Government sector, with the design of large information systems, development of platforms for mobile devices and currently working on digital inclusion processes and smart cities.
