She is Co-founder and Executive Director of ThalesLab, a company that creates innovative technology companies. She was co-founder and CEO of Greentizen (ecological social platform), Director for Latam of LOC-AID Technologies and Senior Consultant in Telecommunications Regulation for telephone companies in Latin America. She is an Electronic Engineer from UDELAR in Uruguay and has an MBA from the AISM, Miami, FL and a PDD from IEEM, Universidad de Montevideo. Sylvia is an international executive and consultant who became a technological entrepreneur. She has extensive experience doing business throughout Latin America.
